alguien sabe si el dolor del cuero cabelludo es un sintoma de la alopecia o sólo es estres?

yo no se de que es debido pero de vez en cuando yo noto leves dolores de ese tipo. Nunca me he parado a pensar en ello la verdad. Es un dolor insoportable para ti?

A mí también me pasa muchas veces, es a temporadas, pero vamos simplemente cambiar el pelo de lado es insoportable, me pasa sobre todo en la coronilla......bueno y no quiero ni mencionar la caida de pelo que tengo.... estoy superpreocupada....
